Trophy Western Canada Moose thrive in our 1,000+ square mile territory. We offer vehicle and boat hunts from Base Camp and adventurous horseback hunts from our Alpine Camps. Our area is a mix of open logging areas, beautiful mountain lakes and pristine alpine wilderness. We border a Provincial Park on three sides, which lends to our high success on mature trophy bulls. Half the area is accessible by vehicle and the other half is horseback only. This allows us to offer hunts to anyone, no matter their physical ability or hunting preference. Hunts are 7 or 10 full days.

Base Camp

Stay in comfortable log cabins, dine on gourmet meals and enjoy lodge-type amenities. Base camp hunts are conducted from pickups, ATV's and boats. The camp sits on the bank of a mile-long lake where many trophy bulls have been taken right out of a boat! We drive the older logging areas and hike into meadows and to hilltops for glassing. A hunter may find the opportunity to shoot a big bull from the truck. There are also various lakes and other outlying camps that are utilized on this hunt. Hunters who opt for the Base Camp hunt will enjoy a comfortable stay, fishing in camp and a great moose hunting experience.

Alpine Camps

We saddle up at base camp and pack a string into the beautiful alpine country. No roads, no electricity, no worries! The country we hunt on this trip is amazing moose habitat and is absolutely breathtaking. We hunt the Dominion Creek camp first. Wall tents are our cooking and sleeping quarters. Your guide will cook on a Coleman stove and you'll dip a cup in the spring fed creek for a refreshing drink. It's hard to describe the feeling of stepping out of your tent in the morning with a cup of hot cowboy coffee and seeing a big bull in the meadow below.
Next we head over the mountain to the main alpine camp.The land here is much more open and pristine.  We hunt horseback and spend our time glassing huge meadows and mountainsides. There are also beautiful green slides and clear mountain lakes to view as we ride through this untouched wilderness. The Alpine Camps hunt is a true backwoods horseback adventure!
